DIRECTIONS FROM
M60 On the M60 follow signs for
Manchester Airport/Stockport.
Come off at Junction
3, signposted A34
Cheadle/Wilmslow.
On the A34 go
through a set of Traffic Lights, and then through a small
roundabout.
You will then come to a large
roundabout, signposted for BRAMHALL, go straight
through this roundabout and take the first exit on left.
Go to the end and turn left.
After 1 min you will see the shop/petrol station. At the small
roundabout turn right, go under the railway bridge. Robins
Lane is next left. The house is on the far corner of
Robins Lane and Robins Close,
opposite Parish Churh of St Michael.

SOUTH
Leave M6 at
Junction 17 Sandbach/Congleton. Follow
A34 to Alderley Edge.
Go through
Alderley village to large roundabout. Turn right
here signposted A34(M60). Follow signs for Manchester Airport. After 4
roundabouts you will see Tesco's and Marks & Spencer
on your left. Stay in the right hand lane. Go under
bridge and turn right. Go to the end of this road and turn left.
After 1 min you will see the shop/petrol station. At the small
roundabout turn right, go under the railway bridge. Robins
Lane is next left. The house is on the far corner of
Robins Lane and Robins Close
opposite the Parish
Church of St Michael.

Lyme Hall
A mansion about
2.5 miles west of Whaley Bridge. It belongs to the National
Trust and stands in a great park which is entered at Disley.
Public Transport is available in the summer months to carry
pedestrians along the mile-long drive to the hall.
